Returns & Refunds

    We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with tags attached.

  2. How do I request a refund or exchange?
    Email malkura.store@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving your order. Once approved, you can return the item for a refund or exchange.

  3. How long does it take to process a refund?
    Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. It may take 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
