Returns and Refunds

We hope you love your items from Malkura Store! However, if for any reason you're not satisfied, we're happy to offer a refund or exchange. Here's how it works:

1. Eligibility for Return/Exchange

  • You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Returned items must be unused, in the original packaging, and with the tags still attached.

  • Gift cards are non-returnable.

2. Requesting a Refund or Exchange

  • To request a refund or exchange, please email malkura.store@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving your order, and notify us of your intent to return the item(s).

  • Full refunds will only be processed if we are notified in advance. If you return the item without prior notification, you will receive store credit instead of a refund.

3. Returning Your Item

  • Whether requesting an exchange or store credit, please include the packing slip that came with your order.

  • Ensure the packing slip is shipped back with the items being returned.

4. Conditions for Refunds

Refunds will not be approved, or only partial refunds may be given, in the following circumstances:

  • The item is not in its original condition (marked, dirty, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error).

  • The item is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

  • The item has been worn, washed, or dry-cleaned.

  • The item was purchased from the Archive.

5. Refund Process

  • After receiving and inspecting your return, we will email you to confirm the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 working days to your original payment method. Funds should appear in your account within 5 working days.

  • In the case of store credit, the credit will be applied to your account and you will receive an email with gift card details.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven't received your refund or confirmation email, please contact us at malkura.store@gmail.com to confirm if your refund has been processed.

7. NQP Items

  • NQP (Not-Quite-Perfect) items are non-refundable, as stated on the product page. These items are sold at a discounted price and any flaws will be clearly communicated and/or photographed.

8. Exchanges

  • We only exchange items if they are not defective or damaged.

  • To exchange an item for a different size (of the same product), please email malkura.store@gmail.com and we will confirm stock availability.

  • If the item is in stock, we will hold it for you until we receive your original order. If it is not in stock, we will apply store credit to your account, valid for 12 months.
